I'm new to Chinese herbal medicine — what should I expect?

You can expect effective treatment with a terrible taste ! While we occasionally use herbal tablets, most of the stubborn illnesses we treat require the high doses that only boiled herbal liquid can deliver. The brews are bitter, but they work !

Can I keep taking other medication during TCM treatment?

You should never stop your medication without consulting with your doctor. We will tell you if the medication will affect the TCM treatment, to the best of our knowledge and of current scientific understanding.

Can TCM treat infants / children?

Absolutely. With tiny dosages proportionate to their age and weight.

How long will treatment take?

It depends entirely on the condition being treated, its duration and severity. This is a question best answered after the initial assessment when we have all the details.

Can I be treated remotely?

Accepted Answer

Skin conditions are very amenable to remote treatment as the skin can be viewed very well digitally. Many others can too with the aid of the wonderful video technology now available. All of this is  subject to licensing requirements based on location. Please get in touch to find out.
